I’ve been building software, hardware, teams, and processes for the past 20 years. I’ve been an aerospace engineer, a mechanical engineer, a software engineer, and a technical support engineer. Most recently, I was the VP of Support at GitHub and the Head of Support at Plaid.
Over my 5 years at GitHub I grew the Support and Documentation teams from 25 people to 100+ people, hired staff around the globe, and introduced new support products and processes to the company.
For the past 2 years at Plaid I overhauled the Support team and tools to turn it from a pain point to a welcome partner among customers.
