Audit

A one-week review of your Support team. I look at your tools, integrations, and workflows. I talk to the folks on the team who use them, as well as some folks on other teams who are affected by them. At the end, you get a report that includes a prioritized list of what you can do to improve your team’s performance. Build vs buy? Headcount vs automated tools? Whatever your definition of “success” is, I can point you in the right direction to get there.

Approximate cost: $4,000

Small Project

A single, well-scoped piece of work. One or two integrations, an automation, or an internal tool deployed on servers you own or control. Projects in this group would typically take a week or two from start to finish. Hand-off includes documentation and training so your team can handle any maintenance.

Approximate cost: $5,000 - $8,000

Large Project

One large piece of work (such as a migration to a new helpdesk, setting up and fine-tuning AI-based automations, or a complete set of custom integrations and automations) or a batch of small projects. These projects take anywhere from a month to a quarter to complete. Hand-off includes documentation and training, as well as a contract for ongoing maintenance and security updates.

Approximate cost: $10,000 - $25,000

Fractional / Interim / Part-time Consulting

This is primarily for organizations who are experiencing a growth spike and aren’t sure what to do. Maybe you don’t have a Support team yet and you need help setting one up. Or maybe your existing Support team wasn’t built for your sudden influx of customers and you need to make some changes fast. I’ve seen a lot and I’ve been through a lot. I can guide you through chaos and make sure you land on the other side without losing momentum.

Approximate cost: $10,000 - $20,000 per month (depending on time commitment)
